Car died again after starting and releasing the clutch in Neutral

Two dealers told me the tranny takes ATF! Idiots...It wouldn't suprise me at all if they put gear oil in some S2000 trannys. A fluid change with Honda MTF couldn't hurt at all...

same thing happened to me the other day going to lunch from work. I also think it's because it's cold. Temperature here in Louisville was about 10 degrees about a week ago. I wouldn't worry. I just pushed the clutch in for short while til it got warmer and released it.

I can't imagine at the factory they put the wrong fluid in my car and once again, I absolutely know the history of this car since it left the dealership with 3 miles on it.

Yesterday morning I was out picking up some speakers for the rear and when I came back to the car to leave, I remembered this thread.
So what do I do? I sit, put the key in, twist, push the clutch in, and hit the Start Button.
Normal stuff, Right?
Right after I let go of the Start Button, I let the clutch out. Stall.
The car was warm and ambient temp was, oh, about 47
