Ok guys I'm new to the forum so please forgive me if I'm not a s2000 guru. I have a 2002 s2000 with 129,000 miles on it. There is a new motor in it with only around 20,000 miles on it though, this motor has cams ( not sure what kind ) and a lot of other internal motor work. The car was set up for a 100 shot of nitrous. I bought this car about 6 months ago.

I'm having a no start issue, the car cranks but won't start. I have checked fuel, and spark and I am getting both. I was wondering if y'all could possibly help me with some other things to check.

If you're getting fuel and spark, I would check compression next.

That's what I'm about to do next I know my timing chain tensioner was going bad so I'm hoping that its didn't slip time or mess anything up it doesn't look like the chain broke but i don't know if it was off time or too late
