Default Car all of a sudden stopped n misfires upon start

I have a 2001 S2000. I was driving and I got a blinking check engine light. I had to pull over because there was no more accelerating obviously. I tried restarting the car and it misfired, so I shut it off. I tried jumping the OBD port (pins 4 and 9), the CEL would not blink. Instead the ABS and EPS light blinked. I don't know if it means anything but the ABS blinked a 61 and the EPS light blinked a 21. I have a Comptech supercharger, test pipe with the O2 bung, and Tanabe exhaust. I was just recently told that the MAP sensor was recalled for all 00-04 models in 2003. I still have the factory MAP. I ordered the new MAP, but I'm still doubting that this will fix it. Spark plugs look good, and the injectors are clean. What could be the problem. Anyone? I'm stuck and I can't drive. Oh, the radio fuse blew, but I don't think it has anything to do with this problem. Oh and the car started fine for a little while about 4 hours after the incident, but in the morning it was the same old BS.

have you checked for spark? in each individual coil? it could be a bad coil pack?
