Kitt, the total rear toe does seem a bit high. Pretty sure I'm running a tad under 1/4" total out back.

sounds about right, I have modified the euro alignment a bit and added about 0.3 degrees of negative camber to the front (mainly because I made the mistake of just replacing the rears with tires that I "thought" were comperable to the fronts, well the fronts are a bit hard from age have less grip ). So I am around .20 degrees of total toe in the rear, which IMO is perfect for a semi-aggressive streetable alignment. Any more than .25ish makes these cars numb and a bit unpredictable at the limit IMO, plus you are going to get some pretty uneven tire wear.

(Not being a smart ass)

So my alignment just may not be suitible for the new tires I put on. But may have worked for the old set? I guess it makes sence. explains the immediate change in the car.

If you don't mind sharing your numbers for your alignment I would really appreciate it

an thanks for you insite

I'd start with the alignment. Just put the toe at factory specs. The amount of camber looks fine to me. That isn't too much for street tires. I run more camber than that on crappier tires and my car feels awesome still.

I don't believe you can press the old bearing out and press it back in - I seem to recall the bearing and hub design calling for a new bearing assembly once removed. I've replaced 2 of them myself and always used new bearings when pressing back in.
