This might be a bit far fetched, but I'm sure you'd rather exhaust all of the cheap fixes before you go and drop cash on a rebuild. Have you taken off the shift boot to ensure that there's nothing in there physically blocking the shift lever from going into 6th?

dude my friend just came over and we were about to pull the tranny out and he drove it around to see what the deal is and it ended up workin again out of no where and its a smooth transition from 5th to 6th i have no idea what the deal was but it works now perfect but i also found out that i need to replace the axels but thats somethin else haha

What were you doing just before it quit going into gear?
Had the same thing happen to me twice. Both times I had long track days and spent all my time in the lower 4 gears.
After a couple of days driving 6th came back, but would pop out under light acceleration just like synchros were going out so I drove it holding it in gear. After a few miles in gear everything worked fine again. That was 35,000 miles ago and no further issues.

As I remember the problem not going into sixth is usually caused by a flawed shift to third that caught a bit of fifth and messed up the collar a bit… turns out that is shared with sixth gear so you can get locked out.
The fix for most is to work to force the shift into sixth which can be done with many tries and quite a bit of force. Once you get it you can work a bunch of shifts to clean up the teeth and it will get easier. Then change the lube to get rid of the debris in the box.
This problem has happened to me and others and we recovered.
