Default Can't figure out this part

I'm trying to go back to stock after being supercharged but this one part is baffling me. I didn't do the install so I don't remember what the bolt looked like but its on the head between the VTEC solenoid and the header. Anyone know the part number of it or what it is? I've included a picture of the bolt that I have from the Vortech kit sticking out of the hole. If anyone can help that would be great, I want to drive my S again.

I dont have my car in front of me at the moment to double check, but if memory serves correctly, its not used when NA. Its an absent OEM bolt hole. When SC, it was utilized to help hold on the vtec sandwich adapter plate on the comptech kit, and likely just the same on the VT kit.

That is the bolt hole that is used for lifting the engine out of the engine bay, you attach a bolt from the lift chain to that location on the front passenger side, and there is one on the rear driver side. It remains open when not used.

Thank you! I kept staring at part diagrams to see what went there and saw nothing. Just needed the confirmation.
