Will the fluids drain correctly with the car at that kind of slant?

It will drain but not 100% completely. Also if your car is lowered it's almost impossible to ride up the ramps without scraping. I have it for my civic and other cars.

And you won't be able to fill to the proper level with it up on an angle like that.

Thanks guys, thats what I thought. I bought a set, but then didn't open them because I was afraid of that. I'll have to take them back. I guess my good old wood blocks will have to do.

I recommend a good 2-3 ton jack that takes very few pushes to make the car go up. That way once you open the drain plug you can lower it completely drain. Then lift it back up without much effort.

I propose a hybrid approach.

1) Drive up on Rhino ramps in front.
2) Jack up rear of car using differential jacking point.
3) Place jack stands under rear reinforced frame rails to make car level.
4) Lower car onto jack stands
5) Change oil with plenty of room underneath.
6) Reverse process to get car back down.

The only challenge is to make sure that your jack will fit under the rear of the car with it angled upward on the ramps.

I have the advantage of a sloped driveway. Pointed towards the street on ramps, my car is level...

You could also use them with CoralDocs method for changing the diff and tranny fluids. Actually you can change the diff without jacking up the car.
