So, did the codes go away. If they didn't, then this would have been your first clue that it likely wasn't spark plugs.
When I replaced the spark plugs the CEL was off because my local mechanic cleared the codes after putting in the new plugs. The next day after driving, the CEL came on but with an additional P0301 and P0300 codes. I just scheduled an appointment with Honda to get it looked at.

What's the P1339 code or the P1399 code mentioned? I can't identify those on any of my Honda code charts.
P1399 is a temporary random misfire code. P1339 may have been a misprint because I don't see it either.

IMHO there is a problem. The plugs with the dark ground electrodes are running rich, likely due to dirty/ gummed up injectors. When this happens, the oxygen sensor thinks the engine is running rich (2 cylinders are running rich), so it signals the ECU to lean out the mixture. The oxygen sensor does not know that only two cylinders are rich, so it leans out ALL of the cylinders. Therefore, the cylinders that were running properly are now running lean (too lean). This lean condition causes a lean miss (the A/F ratio in that cylinder is too lean to burn). The ECU senses a faulty running cylinder and thus sends a fault code and the MIL light comes on.

IMHO the injectors need to be cleaned and the fault code will go away.

Don't know about your photoskills, but you should thank your $50 camera. Because from these pics all I can see are 4 blurry plugs, and as far as blurry plugs go, they look awesome

turn on the flower button for "close up" pictures. no biggie, my roommate used to keep it on for every picture so everything else besides closeups were blurry and he didnt know why.

Check your manual and see if you have a "macro" mode on your camera. It will allow you to take close-up pictures in focus.

Either that, or take the photos from farther away where the camera CAN focus and then zoom in using software on your computer.

My camera has no zoom, no camera manual, no flower button. I will just wait for Honda to fix the CEL problems.
