PJ, Aus and H9k have been debating the VAFC issue for months. Everytime the subject has come up, It's just about gauranteed both of them will be at it.

S2000 Europe, What other mods where on your car when it was Dyno'd? My Vortech runs lean due the Header and exhaust that are on it. The issue with high fuel pressures that the FMU provides is than as pressure increases, Volume decreases. I have a feeling that somewhere around 80-100 psi, the stock injectors can't effectively close. They never where designed to operate at that pressure. Seing that the Vortech FMU provides 125psi at full boost, The injectors are really just being blown open by the high pressure. So even when you where messing with the static pressure setting, the FMU was still raising the pressure high enough to render the PCM's control over injectors ineffective. That's my theory on it.

The TB and the exhaust work could have bumped up the volumetric efficiency enough to have a negative effect on AF ratios.
