Can I use the same jack points when using either scissor or floor jacks ?

The habit I have developed when changing wheels is to lift from the front center lift point and install jack stands on the front. Then I lift the rear center jack point and install jack stands in the rear. Then I do the wheel work that has to be done, and if its time I change the oil etc. Then I reverse the procedure to put the car back down. This goes pretty fast after you have done it once or twice, and I think it is a safe procedure.

I have also done it by lifting each corner with my jack and doing each wheel one by one without going under the car. I prefer to do it with stands. Feels safer.

I jack the left front corner jack point, until both left wheels leave the ground. Fast and safe. Then do the right side.

BE sure you are in the proper spot in front. There will appear to be two jack points. The rear one is correct.

Where do you place the jack stands? Do you place them on the control arms temporarily then put the jack on the center point and then move the stands to the standard jacking points?

No jack stands when I'm changing wheels, as no part of me goes under the car. What I wrote is for swapping wheels trackside.
