Can the fun light be activated in non CR?

maybe it's just a light that's supposed to go off at a certain rpm, like those shift lights.

I'm not positive but I THINK it's the same as the rev limiter light, but it's green and goes on earlier.
It's supposed to be when you're making "max power." It's unclear to me if it i s simply a Vtec light, or if it's more accurate.

On the non - CR it just doesn't come on. I can see there's a spot for the light to shine through the dash, but it does not come on under load or at high RPM. Either it's not there, or it IS there but not hooked up. But you can definately see there's a round dot the size of a pea right where the user guide says it should be. So they used the same part for the CR as the non CR apparently.
