can brake fluid corrode tires?
since brake fluid can corrode paint, etc, does it destroy/damage tires as well? i had a little of it spill, and then i parked with one wheel over some of it (most of it was cleaned up but there was some residual fluid on the ground). this was about 10 days ago, and about 7 days ago, my car developed a slight vibration that increases with rotational speed of the wheels. do you think it ate through some of the rubber, causing it to become slightly irregular in shape?

^ that is a good idea. will help diagnose just make sure you dont put the spare on the rear. if it was a rear tire that was parked on the brake fluid, put the front wheel on the back, and replace the front with the spare. putting the spare on the rear, even for a short amount of time can damage the diff, and its unsafe to drive with the spare on the drive wheels (oversteer city!)
hope this helps.

I doubt it has any effect on tyres. Why was it on the deck in the first place?
i will put the spare on and report back.
