Can anyone help me what makes this noise?

Possible TCT noise, but its not loud enough. Bad TCT can clearly be heard far from the car.

I had a similar sound which was fixed with a valve adjustment. It wasn't as heavy as the TCT noise and sounded pretty much the same. Turns out the previous person didn't do the valve adjustment correctly..
