Default Cams are trashed need advice and parts

So my cam bolt has spun loose and my cams have overheated. I have my reading up on it and I'm not sure if I can just replace the cam towers/cams or if I have to a get a new head. Any info on what to do would be helpful. I am looking for either a cylinder head or cam towers ( if its possible to just change them ) I have checked the head and pistons and everything looks ok I still want to bring it to a machine shop and get it checked but hopefully it's ok.

You will need the 10 piece matched cam caps. Head should be ok.

The surface that supports the camwheel needs to be intact enough to hold pressure and keep the camwheel straight.

I'm not sure what caused it to spin loose. And does anyone have a extra set of cam caps and cams? And would this happening cause me to get no compression?

Added your parts need to your title.

You should post in WTB for the cam caps.
