Pic is kinda blurry...but it looks like the timing marks are lined up. So long as the cams aren't 180 degrees out, that should be fine.
Don't forget to attach the ground at the back of the head or the car won't start.

It will not run at all if either camshaft is off 1 tooth with a stock PCM.

usually the intake line is a little higher than the exhaust.
