When\how do you know when to replace this?

I have a MY00 w\ 66k, am I due?

do you really need to replace the O- rings when you remove it? this will be my first time removing the TCT......

A new TCT will come with new O rings if you are reusing your old TCT then give them a look over for imperfections

If you here a rattle like a chain rubbing then it's time If the car is quite then your good still

I can't find this damned bolt anywhere. Hardware stores don't carry it and my honda delaership has to get one from a mobile parts truck guy. The service manager gave me his number but its to his home phone and he likely isn't going to come out here for just a nut and bolt. Where can this thing be found at?
Can I just take out the auto tensioner and deal with the compressing and all of that later?
They have one in stock at the stealership for 152 bucks.

is that was this is? My car just starting doing this about 2 weeks ago. Rattles on startup but goes away when it warms up.
