have you guys noticed that after a spirited drive, the rear bumper is covered in small specs of glitter dust? At first I thought it was just dirt from the roads but I have also noticed when I am at a stop light and the car behind has their lights on - I can vaguely see glitter flying out of the exhaust.
Okay I have only had the exhaust for a couple of months and have only put 300 miles on it.
Thanks

my tanabe exhaust did this on my accord. exhausts have a breakin period too, and during this time, metallic looking flakes can shoot out and can cause bad odors. its the byproduct of the production process.
give it 1000 miles to fully clear out.

After more then 2k miles with my Invidia exhaust, I get those metallic looking glitter on my rear bumper/trunk. Is this caused by the exhaust or just dust from the elements?

Thanks guys. It definitely comes out from the exhaust as you can see it when you shine a bright light at it.
The funny thing is, the car looks kinda cool - metallic black.
