I had the SAME exact issue and it ended up being my driver's side wheel bearing.

Ok. So the toe and chamber were all set to stock spec. The axles are new but not oem, there not as thick. carmax put them on so im not sure where they got them from. im in the process pf putting it all back to stock. Also the hubs are not bent, I ran it and watched the rotors. no play. The wheel bearings are not roaring but im thinking about changing them tomorrow. ill let you guys know what goes down this weekend.

see stock spec is a wide range. Im just wondering, its possible that your tires are wearing poorly due to an alignment setting.

So if you don't have a known-good axle (reman's don't count), and the axles are not spinning correctly as they should according to your visual inspection, this leads you away from the axle and towards the wheel bearing instead? Sorry, just clarifying the chain of thoughts.

wheel bearings wont make the car shake and vibrate.. unless they are falling out which is highly unlikely

I didn't think they would make it shake as well. But I'm running out of things to replace lol. Wheels and tires have been replaced wheel bearings are the only thing left. You would think I would start there but they don't make any noise at all. That what lead me to belive its not a wheel bearing...
