Ok..... I grabbed my manual, and was going to scan some stuff for you... BUT, HVAC has litterally 50 pages or something rediculous! Check the relays!! I cant stress this enough! Is there anything else that doesnt work? Ive had to replace my Ignition 2 relay, and the AC goes through that. There are a few relays for the HVAC controls, so... go buy a few, and start replacing. I believe they are pretty cheap! Relays, relays relays! Any problems I have had (Radio failure, ignition switch failure etc) were all traced back to 2 bad relays. When you check them, they WILL function, but are bad. The 2 that I replaced show full proper operation when tested, but are both bad. I cant explain it, but when I switched out the relays, all problems dissappeared. I hope this helps. If you need me to look in the manual for something more exact, ask and ill pull out the manual.

Thanks Chad. Are all the relays the same on these cars? I remember my 240 used 3 or 4 different types. Does the Manual have a part # I can refer the dealer to. Thanks.

FWIW, I've seen a relay (in a 2nd gen eclipse, not an s2k) start to work backwards for no apparent reason. Turn the key to start and the starter relay would disconnect but was connected otherwise, it was very weird and I definitely can't explain that since a relay is just a coil and a switch.

It doenst give a P/N in the manual that I can see. Take out the relay, and go to an autozone or whatever. They can match it there, rather then going to Honda.
