Glad you found the pressure switch problem. This issue can manifest itself with a good pressure switch circuit; you can be too low on R134 (leak) and the compressor will not engage.

Well^^ now that you say that... I had everything removed on order to paint my engine bay... evaporator, and all... I know for shure that the lines don't have gas... but AC shop tells me that they cant fill up the lines with out resolving the blowing issue first.

Its my experience you can do a partial fill by discharging freon (R-134 in this case) in the system. Once the pressure switch closes and the compressor can activate, you finish the fill. Unless the S has something unique about it, you can do at least a partial fill by simply connecting (properly) and discharging freon into the system.
