It's one thing to get it when you turn the ac on, another to see it consistently blowing out every time the compressor cycles on. If your system is fine you'll see mist when the system first turns on, no biggie. If you see it pouring out of the vents every 2-3 minutes that's another issue.
Where I live it's so humid that even in the dead of summer it never gets above 98 degrees too much water in the air keeps temperatures from getting too high. That's why places up north can go over 100f less humidity. It also keeps temperature high at night. As I'm typing this it's already 92 degrees outside.

My a/c system is top notch and I see a little mist when I first turn the system on. Mostly in the morning or at night or if I drive in the rain. I never see it mist otherwise, however when I first got the car it was misting like crazy. A new compressor, drier, expansion valve and a hose later, nothing except under circumstances I just described.
