SteveUCI took some pics at the Shinestreet meet.
Considering the hassle that Shaner had in taking off the intake manifold to get it extrude honed, I don't look forward to putting in a new gasket. If it really works, I might attempt it, as the intake maniforld really soaks up that heat; it gets quite warm very quickly after stopping the engine.

Prolene: Would the following configuration of collant hose connections be appropriate to effect a proper bypass of the TB and IAC in a safe manner?
Using marcucci's following photo
http://www.s2000.org/mods/insulator/image59.jpg
and counting hose connections from left to right on the photo, there are eight squeeze connectors showing counting left to right on the pic. The first fout clips are at the TB, and the next four clips showing are at the intake manifold.
If a hose were run from #1 clip to #4 clip, the TB would be bypassed, correct?
If a loop of hose were made connecting #5 with #6 and another loop connected #7 and #8, the IAC would be bypassed, correct?
Would 5/16" (7.93mm) hose (SAE-30R7) be the proper size? What did you use? I have attempted to take of the existing fitted hoses to verify size but so far have not been successful. Is there a trick to removing the stock hoses without damaging them?
TIA
