Buzzing noise when decelerating
My S2000 has 60,000 on it.. I bought it with 56,000 from a used car dealer who also gave me a 3 month power train warranty on it as well. I'm noticing a buzzing/rattling noise coming from under the hood somewhere when I decelerate in gear, especially in 3rd or 4th coming from 4000rpm down. Today I brought the car to a Honda/Acura mechanic and he said that Honda put out a tech bulletin sayin that the rattling is due to the Clutch Disc (I'm not sure what exactly it does or what's wrong with it). The Mechanic told me it's a sticky situation if I want to get rid of the buzzing because it had to be stock honda parts and I guess the clutch doesn't come cheap, he said total with labor it would come out to somewhere around $1,000. He also said I can drive it no problem and it wont cause a problem in the future but that noise really gets on my nerves... I usually just put it in neutral I'f im slowing down because I can't stand the noise. Has anyone else had this problem? and does anyone know if my transmission is covered in my warranty would my clutch be covered too?

This is Technical Service Bulletin 054 I believe. There are some dealers that do good faith TSB repairs for free out of warranty. You should try finding one that does.

It's an annoying noise nothing else. The clutch functions normally otherwise. The dealer has no control if Honda will cover the repair. The dealer can contact the District Service Manager (DSM) for goodwill consideration.
Since your car is out of the standard warranty by quite a bit, I wouldn't expect any help in getting it covered.
