Buzzing noise coming from engine

There is a video in the original post. It's hard to make out in the video. I took a new one yesterday with the pulleys disconnected. I'll see if I can get it uploaded this morning.
On that note. Even with the pulleys disconnected (belt off) the noise persists. Though my serpentine belt tensioner does need replacement, the pulley has play and the bearing makes noise when spun.
Next steps?

When did you last adjust valve lash? How many miles on timing chain tensioner? Is the TCT aftermarket or Honda OEM?

Valve lash (AKA valve clearances?) is on my to-do maintenance list.
I have not done it as I have only has the car for less than a year, I wanted to do the TCT 1st.
