That was exactly what i was thinking spapdx. But, according to grendy it would only be the throw out bearing if it made noise when the peddle in pressed........can anyone else confirm this?
I'm sure the honda people did something wrong.......What a freaking PITA.....I guess I'll have to send it back to honda..........

Have you tried holding the clutch pedal with your hand or foot while the car idles?

Does your clutch pedal have any free play before you feel the pushrod engage the master cylinder?

I will check this after work.....But i doubt this is the case...only because I had a car with a loose clutch peddle and as i recall the noise made was more of a rattle instead of a buzz. And normally only occur when the vehicle was in motion. I think this is more serious than that.

I appreciate all the feedback that I have been receiving...
Thanks guys

My point is that you SHOULD have some free play. If you don't have any free play, then the throwout bearing will be engaged all the time.

Grendy,
I am not too sure of what you mean by free play. How would I measure free play?

Grenby,
I just found out what free paly is and I don't think I do have much if any free play in the clucth. But if I recall correctly, the clucth did not have much free play before it made the buzzing noise.

Throw out bearing? These go in cars like C5s and Mustangs.
