Buying a s2000 with low miles

I was wondering if there was a way to check if the cluster has been swapped. Or is there any VIN numbers on the cluster? Any signs to look for?

check the 2 bolts under the top inner part of the gauge cluster , look at it iwth a mirror and a flash light... it shouldn't have any mark on or around it
