Default Busted clip on steering rack

From a part out. Not sure what this does, can't tell if it's fixable. They don't seem to sell it separate from the full steering gear assembly on Honda's website. Any clues?

That's the main motor connector. Try epoxy and straighten it back out. If the connections are broken the rack will not be powered.

Not really. If you want to tear apart an old rack for the connector you may be able to do it. The connection is welded to the brush leads though. You need to know what you are doing to solder a joint like that.

You may be able to just bend it back into position if you have to use that one. Degrease and dry the connector thoroughly and jb-weld the outside of the connector to seal it up and make it solid.

Use an voltmeter to check continuity on both the pins first. If the connection is broken you either need to repair it or trash the rack.
