Default Burnt out bulb in cluster

Good morning. This morning I got into the car and noticed an oddity. The area of the cluster on the far left near the beginning of the tach was substantially dimmer then the rest of the cluster, which leads to the ovbious diagnosis that the bulb burnt out. However, I cant find much info to confirm this or if its another issue, and how to go about fixing it. Pic below for reference.

Not the best pic, but you can clearly see how its much brighter at the top of the tach then the bottom. Any thoughts/ideas?

figured such but wanted to be sure.

just did some homework on here and found a few more threads. i feel comfortable pulling out the cluster, only thing is im not quite sure what bulb to buy.

the one thread i found states that i need a #74 bulb with a twist lock base. however, the pics in another looks as if the #74 bulb and the twist off base are two seperate parts (which means i could just buy a #74 bulb and throw it in the base, reassemble and be done). any confirmation on this?

Might as well get+install the Qube LED dash while you're at it!
