Default Burnt Ignition Coil + Now Car is throwing P0107

To make a long story short the car started to throw a CEL when I was on the fwy and it started to smell like something was burning. I stopped on the next exit inspected the car and couldn't figure out if that smell was coming from my car. I tried to baby the car back to my house but the engine completely turned off on me on the freeway. Once I got my car back to my house via towing I had a family mechanic inspect the car. Turned out the 3rd ignition coil and the spark plug melted together because who ever had previously worked on my car did not tighten that specific sparkplug. He was able to get all the remnants out and got a vacuum hose in there to suck out all the little stuff. He also found the fuses for the ignition and the fuel pump srs below the driver's wheel to be burnt.

After replacing those fuses and putting in a new spark plug and ignition coil in cylinder 3 we start up the car. The car throws CEL: P0107 Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit Low Input. The idle sounds horrible and the motor itself is shaking horribly. When I push the gas and rev it a little the engine will shut off once the rev's fall back to the idle level.

I'm clueless on what to do next or how to further diagnose this problem.

A little history of my car: it's an AP1 MY00 with 151k miles. The last valve adjustment was done at 140k miles. The car has a VAFCII. It came with the car when I bought it with 109k miles. I have not touched it since I bought the car 22 months ago.

the car most likely had forced induction, sound like cyl 3 has low comp, and melted the coil.

the cause was probably a loose plug like the op stated, which is enough to wreck havoc
