Default Burning Plastic Smell Underneath Car

So for the past day or two, I had this burning, melting, plastic smell underneath the car, similar to candle wax or hot glue. I did a couple searches on s2ki and people said its most likely a plastic bag or something, since diff/tranny fluid wouldn't smell like plastic.

Then I decided to check underneath the car finally, and who knows, it actually was a burnt plastic bag stuck on my exhaust.

Solution: MAP gas and BBQ grill brush.

Lucky you could get to the entire bag. I had a bag somehow wrap over the top the piping, I think it blew under the car when parked. I ended up removing the entire exhaust to clean that shit off.
