A steady stream of smoke is not normal at all. I admit mine produces 'some' light smoke but does not continue to do so all the way through the rpms. I attribute that more towards the fact that I do not run a catalytic converter though.

I go through 3/4 of a quart every 1K if I drive hard all the time.

I use either Mobil 1 or Castrol Syntec........whatever is the better deal.

i used mobil 5 30 but no more after using pennzoil ultra 5 30. mobil 1 gets used up 2 quik and thru walmart polish gallon of pennzoil ultra is way cheaper even to do every 3k

Try Amsoil ATM 10w30

Amsoil 10w30, or if you can find some Castrol 0w30 'made in germany'

both are excellent synthetic oils

Is quaker state full synthetic any good?? I bought some dunno if i should go ahead and use it
