Ok S2k members, here's the deal. I am burning oil like a madman. About 1qt every 500-600 miles.
I am using Castrol Edge 10-30w. I checked the compression with engine warm
and getting 210, 210, 210, 215psi. So that meaning the rings are good, correct?
I'm not smoking any so the valves are good too, once again correct?
I know the tolerance for oil burn on the F20 is around 1qt every 1k miles but I am burning a lot more than that.
I have 180k on the motor. Head gasket was replaced 7k ago due to lack of oil and overheated. Running strong but just burns oil.

I am also currently dealing with a bad injector issue which am pretty sure that has nothing to do with it.
What am I missing?

Any help or advice would be much appreciated.

The oil leak around your VTEC cylenoid or TCT. Seriously though check to be sure there is not some sort of leak in that area. Also check your PCV
