Fixed! Finally!

Found a black ground wire that I think was for the meth injection that was loose and severed yesterday I guess. On bumps it would lose its connection but smooth was still touching.

I didn't follow it into engine bay as I have all wiring in a tube and didn't want to pull all out but I think that's what it is for.

I put a new connector on and bolted it down and drives smooth as can be on bumps now.

I had looked at that wire a few times but looked completely connected. Only when I looked closer I saw it severed but still looked attached.

Friend had the exact same issue in his GSR swapped Austin Mini - turned out to be a bad ground as well.
