Default Broken Fuel Pin For Gas Door

Posting for a local member with this issue. She broke the fuel pin for the gas door to open. Is there any way to remedy this?




look at her said problem....

I'm not even quite sure how I did this, but its becoming a bit of a problem lol....

I think the seat belt got caught on it, or something of the sort.

needle nosed pliers! lol, jk. I'm assuming you have to take off the trim to get to the cable. and you have to replace
#23 in the picture.

you could probably rig up a cheaper solution, but since its 20+s/h you might as well do it right, so it wont break again

New cable and some elbow grease. that'll fix you up right.
