Broken bolt head in my daily drive! Help please guys!

No need to buy the tools listed. I've broken off the same bolt as well.
All you have to do is remove the part with the broken bolt in it and replace it with a new one.
Just purchase this part shown below and the bolt to go in it. It's a simple fix. Remove valve cover.. unscrew #19 shown below... install new #19. Use new bolt to tighten. It'll cost you under $10...

What part were you linking to Rio? It sounds a lot easier than a tap + die method!

EDIT: Just seen another thread - looks like you need to be careful whether to order part no.18 or no.19 - and it's not a simple as replacing the one part, you have to loosen all 20 of them?
