Broken bolt head in my daily drive! Help please guys!

Use a smaller ratchet. For anything under ~20lbs/ft of torque, I would use a 1/4" drive ratchet.

I use my 1/4" drive ratchet more than most of the other stuff in my toolbox...

EDIT: Just seen another thread - looks like you need to be careful whether to order part no.18 or no.19 - and it's not a simple as replacing the one part, you have to loosen all 20 of them?
