I would dread being in that car for 90 miles on 3 studs, spend the extra money and fix the broken studs locally, then go to your buddie's place and fix the rest of the problem before the others brake.

The wheel I have are bbs Lm. I am going to take it to a shop 5 mins away. And I'll purchase a torque wrench. do you guys think its bc of the wheels?

Specs of the wheel: 17x8 45 17x9 40. Its not too crazy of specs.

it sounds like it's because you're putting your weight on the lug wrench and just tightening it too much. Do it the proper way.

And please tell me you are not using OEM lugnuts with those wheels. The seats are different.

i am using oem lugnuts. should i use something else?

So i have to buy different lug nuts, centering rings, studs, and labor to fix this mistake

anyone know what kind of lug nut i would need? im planning to go buy it all by the end of the day and put it at the shop.

I've got about 50 sets of the lug nuts you need, but if you want to take it somewhere then talk to the guys at Auto RnD. Tell them Matt from Vivid sent you.

You need "tuner style" lug nuts, hubcentric rings, and a shop that can press the hub/studs. I mentioned this in the other thread you started for this same problem.

I was talking to a guy at Les Schwab and he said that the wheels don't fit my car? And that they are not even on the hub??
