I used to run 440's and a e-manage on a supercharged car. I know from first hand experience what 440's with a stock PCM will do at idle.

Kane also ran his car on 440's without the emanage to check the electrical connections. CEL is minutes, just from letting it idle.

Chances are I've worked on more cars than you have seen.
not to be a dick but you are telling john, matt and i we are wrong? Now you see what happend when you dontlisten to the people that made the motor and drive it! now he need pistons and god knows what else

Since they do not anwser my email i will call them tomorrow. Honda and other shop told me that is becasue a lack of lubrication.

james When I read you post was to late....

Beroz thanks for your help if i need some part will let you know.

I am going to put new sleeves and check if pistons are ok. what I do not know is if the iron of the sleeves are a spceial iron or same iron that is used on others cars.

Juan
I dont think you are telling the whole truth. Lack of lube or lack of fuel??? Inline TOLD YOU not to run stock injectors. You even said you got a CEL for running lean, what else do you need? 14 to 1 is NOT good! You should of listend to inline and not peopl on here that think they know what they are talking about. good luck but you did it!

Black

When I told 14.3 A/F was not at full throttle, just partial and always below 50% throttle position.

When I got the CEL I had almost finished the break in period, if the car were extremely lean CEL would jump faster not after 3 and half day. End of the story.

I got an email from inline this morning, thanks for your help Matt. and got an agreement I pay for the parts and the labour is free.

Since I have the AEM already tune this time break in would be faster.

Do you have your 440s yet? At least the second time around you can cover all the bases?

James,
I understand your position if you dont mind i would like to know what member has it so i could speak wiht him. If you want to pm me the info that would be great if you dont want to tell or can't tell me i understand as well. That being said i will say this, the guy with the red S in super street recently claiming 852 is full of chit and has not purchased a thing from inlinepro, and completely lied about having a 2.5L at least form inline maybe he got the kit from Toda but i doubt it they wont give any one anything . So i hope this isnt the guy you think has a 2.5L. On a side note how are you enjoying the spoon motor?

Juan,
Glad to hear you could work something out. I am curious how did they ship it to you? Did you feel i was carefully packaged and protected? It is making a long journey to you . I'm sad that it has taken you more money to get it to work, it did take me two tries as well.We can only hope for the best on this one!

-Matt
