Brake pedal problem after full brake change

well were going to change rotors and do some checking soon. I got them from advanced auto so it makes sense that it could be defective. Or something still could be behind them like someone said. At this point i think it has to be something with the rotors because of the feel when braking.
edit: I found out its the rotors because I swapped my old ones back. Now I just need to find out if its the back or front.

It can definitely be your brand new rotors.
I just found this last week, guy had cheap rotors and the back of the rotor was not machined center of the rotor.
It stops the rotor face from fully seating on the hub. Its not warped but its not sitting flat on the hub.
