Default Brake light stays on...

So i recently picked up a s2000. When i test drove it i noticed the brake light was on when i was driving. I thought maybe it was just low on brake fluid (it really was). when i got home i put it brake fluid and the brake light was still on... Does the light have anything to do with the brake pads? any ideas to fixing this? i checked also the E-Brake and everything seemed fine there. Here's some pics to help out... thanks for looking.

Thats it. Its fix. To prevent it from happening again just flush out the dirty fluids and any dirty sticky stuff inside.

Oh ok, cuz the light is still on after I plugged it in -___-. So a simple brake fluid flush can fix this?

Wait, if you are justing unpluging and pluging the electric connector, then it doesn't work. You have to use something to poke on the white floater INSIDE the the reservoir to make sure it floats up instead of sticking at the bottom. It's sticking to the bottom because the fluids where low and dirty causing it to not float back up when you added more fluids.
