You can order it online. Make sure to get "type 200"
Castrol dot 4 will suffice.

And you think I should return the OEM fluid, or will it work just as well?
Thanks for all the help!!

Any DOT 3 or 4 will be fine for the clutch.
I'd use a high quality DOT 4 such as Castrol or Valvoline SynPower for the brakes since your car is mainly a DD and these fluids won't need to be flushed as often as the "racing" DOT 4's.

The OEM honda stuff should all be the same.

One bottle should be enough to perform a thorough flush and bleed of the system.
How much did the dealer charge you for the OEM dot 3 fluid?

Anyway. I went to honda to get fluid for the Clutch before I got your message. I picked up one 354mL bottle of Honda "Heavy Duty Brake Fluid DOT 3". Is this the correct stuff? Guy didnt really know what he was talking about and I told him it was pretty much the same stuff but wasnt sure if there was a different clutch fluid. The guy tried to sell me 9 bottles of honda MTF .
Anyway is this the stuff i need? heavy duty brake fluid for my clutch?

And the DOT4 fluids should really be flushed MORE often than the DOT3 fluids, not less often. As with most race/track parts, they trade off increased maintenance requirements with higher performance limits.

anything synthetic dot4 + .. anything like dot 5 or more will need to be changed out more often
you can't even use DOT5 on abs car, DOT5 are mean for trailers, esp those carrying jetski, those dot5 are water proof for that purpose. DOT5 will kill our pump in no time.
again, don't recommend something without knowing what it is

Yes, this is what you want. One of the small bottles is more than enough for an entire clutch flush.

dot4 are mean for high performance purpose and they absorb the water in the air faster: so it means you need to flush it out more.
most of the track guys are running dot4 for the higher boil rate, not all DOT4 has the same boil temp, read the fine print on the side and they will tell you what number are they. you should at least bleed the brake before every track day anyways, it's just cheap insurance.

DOT5.1 (an unfortunate name because it is so easily confused with DOT5) is not listed as acceptible in our service manual, but probably is OK for our cars.
DOT3 and DOT4 are explicitly allowed for our cars by the service manual.
