Brake chirping
Hey guys I recently replaced my pads from OEM to Mu HC+ and they have some squeal when braking which I know is normal however when I'm not braking my front right brake chirps randomly for a few seconds then goes away. Almost like the noise they make when the pad is almost gone but they are brand new pads.
I applied some anti squeak between the pad and caliper which got rid of the noise for a few weeks but it has come back again. This noise never happened with the OEM pads. Any advice would be much appreciated.

i was gonna make a thread about the same thing.....except my new pads are carbotech xp10/xp8(i have only had oem b4 these)
I feel like mine i can hear more when passing retaining walls and such, havent been able to pinpoint which part of the car its actually coming from. I know its the brakes though because i can apply light pressure to the brake pedal(when i say light, I mean so little I think I could apply more pressure if I was braking with my pinky finger) when i hear it and it goes away, as soon as i let off, it returns,...I was thinking it was a possible caliper sticking It also seems to change speed based on the speed the car is going as well.
Sound like the same thing you got???

I switched to hc+ and had the same issue. I think it's the dust. I have cleaned the springs and calipers where the pads ride and it will go away for a while then come back. They start to squeak again and when I go to clean again it's all filthy.
