Hey guys, I have been out in the garage for the last couple of hours tearing down my brake calipers for powder coating. The front came apart without much trouble. I moved on to the rear, which I new would be more difficult. I have hit a snag, and I am not sure what to do next. Any help I can get will be much appreciated. I have removed the piston assembly, the boot and the piston seal. The next step to remove is the circlip (snap ring). The trouble is with the parking brake spring. How do you get that sucker off? I don't have snap ring pliers, so I am off to the store to buy a pair. Hopefully when I pull the snap ring out everything will start to make more sense. Again ANY help is much appreciated.
THANKS!

Aww come on man they don't look that bad. So you had your coated with the parking brake portion still put together? There are some rubber bits in there. Did they hold to the temps of the oven? I'll pm cdelena and see what he says. If I could find some damn snap ring pliers long enough to reach down in the hole I think I will be in good shape. Thanks for the reply.
