Nothing to be overly concerned about - the brake dust that is. Different compounds will shed differently. The most important thing is that your brakes work

maybe something to do with your brake lines/pressure

OK.. but what can i look for and how to test it? the front ones are fine tho..

Also keep in mind that the rear pads are a lot smaller than the fronts. The fact that the rears wear faster than the fronts dun't mean the brake bias is incorrect
