I'd recommend changing the clutch fluid now. And at about 10k mile intervals thereafter.

I have lost count of the hugh amount of s2ks I have found with low fluid, because it was dirty and leaked out into the cabin.

You don't even need to bleed it. Just suck out the master, clean it spotless with a few pieces of paper towel, and fill it back up. I've found 95% of the contaminants are sitting in the resovior.
isn't the clutch fluid the same as the brake fluid??

I'm not quite sure what you're asking here, but no, the clutch and brake fluids are in completely separate hydraulic systems.

But yes, you can use the same type of fluid in either system. It is usually a matter of convenience to use the same stuff in either system since you already have the fluid on hand. However, if you choose to use a very high boiling point fluid in the braking system (e.g. for track use), it is best to use a more standard fluid in the clutch system. This is because most racing fluids are highly hygroscopic and do not work well for extended periods (more than several months). Since racers change their brake fluid regularly, this doesn't present much of a problem. However, if you were to leave some racing fluids in the clutch system for long, they would absorb a lot of moisture and after some time function worse than a standard fluid.

I think the reason Bill advises regular changes to the clutch fluid is to prevent contamination from affecting the seals, particularly those in the master cylinder. This is the reason that I also change fluids in my street-driven S2000 on a regular basis (about every 2 years = ~15k miles). I change the brake fluid on my track car (Miata) every 3-4 months with a racing fluid and the clutch fluid (standard brake fluid) every 2 years.

the first thing:

get a cd based service manual on ebay, they are inexpansive

get a few dyno runs as a baseline

ck the oil often till you get a feel on how it uses it.

clean the airfilter

how much you get the car for?
a good price :-) why?

so what coolant should I put in? Do I just go to the dealer and say "give me the blue s2000 coolant"? I'm about to go pick up 2 new rear tires and get a oil change. Then once I know what coolant I'm sopposed to use, I'll replace that. Then I'll deal with the clutch fluid. The rest of the fluids seem to be fine for now.

MY2000 cars used different coolant than later models. Your owner's manual should specify the correct fluid for your car. Find out what it says. Then go to your dealer and ask for the correct Honda coolant for a 2002 S2000. Compare the information on the label of the coolant the parts guy sells you with the information from your owner's manual. If the two match, pay the man and change your coolant. If they don't match, give the coolant back to the parts guy and go to another dealer. Repeat until a=b. Don't blindly trust the parts guy. They often don't have a clue and will sell you the wrong coolant, the wrong differential fluid (ruined diff), the wrong brake fluid, the wrong engine oil, the wrong part, the wrong anything they think you will pay for and walk out the door with. Be curious, be skeptical.

Okay. I figured it would be in the manual, but I couldn't check because my manual is in my car, which isn't with my at the moment
