I have one more try....I think the advanced auto parts webpage is wrong or confusing. 15730 is downstream and 15733 is upstream. So I put 15730 in the cat and 15733 before cat. Well I looked on the bosch webpage and autozone and they say 15730 is before the cat and 15733 is in the cat. I think I have them switched. I will try this before going oem route.

Alright, hopefully this will help everyone out in the future. The Advance Auto Parts info is wrong. Bosch Oxygen Sensor Universal Part number 15730 should go in the header before the cat and Part number 15733 should go in the cat or after the header. At Advance Auto Parts it said 15733 should go before the cat or upstream and 15730 is downstream or after the cat. I'm a little ticked off but I finally got it fixed.
