Default bore the scored cylinder or sleeve it? (PIcs included)

Took my motor apart yesterday, and found one of many problems dealing with the cylinder walls. In the service manual it says that the limit to bore the walls is .025 or something like that, wanted to get some opinions on what I should do. Here are the pics.

Whew! That's some pretty heavy scoring... What are your plans? If you plan on high horse power down the road might as well sleeve it and build it. If not, I'd be looking for a new block. How much oil was it consuming before the teardown?

that doesnt look too bad.. 0.25mm oversize pistons should fit fine. LMK if you need some.

Oil was full, I'm assuming the damage was done even before I had the car

So it wasn't consuming any oil between oil changes? That seems kind of hard to believe... Or maybe my question wasn't very clear. I'm going to be upgrading my banjo bolts soon and you've got me paranoid on what I'm going to find now. Haha!
