Default Bolting down the seat

I removed my seat during my stereo install, and was wondering how much lbs of torque do you need to bolt the seats down so it'll be considered safe to ride in?

I don't have the manual in front of me, but I'd bet around 30 ft-lbs. It didn't take much more than that to break torque. I've been messing with mine, I've just been hand tightening them to around that.
