Modiction, the easiest thing to do is replace the valve seals first since you have done everything else. The symptoms point to these as a good possibility, and since they are the easiest next step to resolve, its worth doing. If to no avail, then its possible the valve guides and or valve stems are worn ( typically the guides as they should be a softer material) the guides may or may not require head removal, ive never done them myself, but I think they can be done with head in place as they are just press fitted into the head from above. These I would think could be measured for spec, and possibly measure what amount of valve stems are protruding after guide removal, as to check clearance/thickness without taking the next step of removing head to replace valves, if guides are all that’s needed. I would ask these questions/ educate yourself going through each step thoughtfully so you can rectify the issue without undo time and money. If its oil control rings, then just drive the car and keep topping the oil off until you can’t stand it anymore. All you can do there, then start saving up for a low mile F22 swap. Your mileage on a boosted car is in its golden years, but you already know that. Count your lucky stars you have made it this far on a high boost F20. Your having the icing on the cake right now compared to a lot of us. I am just putting in my 6th motor and sold the SC to go back to NA so I can hope to get 134k miles before the next swap.
