did you notice in the cars for sale thread that i asked him to confirm if the car had been previously supercharged but he ignored my question?
maybe the owner had a thicker headgasket on the motor for the supercharger then replaced it by re-using the OEM headgasket so now it's not a perfect seal? just a thought anything is possible these days. good luck w/ your situation.
what happen to the seller then? did he/she just ignore all this?

Had the car for 9 days now and put on 2300 miles. Basically drove home from Virginia and now got problems. Waiting for case manager to get back to me from Honda USA. The previous owner is aware of the issue, haven't pursued much from him as of yet as i'm still waiting on the word from Honda. If they say no I'll definitely be demanding some sort of settlement.

cars at honda, they are supposed to have torn down today and finding the problem. Either Head gasket or cracked head, they said. Honda's going to cover it as long as they don't find any signs of major alterations to the vehicle. Got my fingers crossed.

Ok, well turns out the last owner was very deceiving with the history on this car. The engine is done according to honda. Warped head and warped block. Apparently the engines been apart once already and it wasn't by honda. Anyone know if and what kind of laws there are against this kind of deceit? I mean there have been alot more things done to this engine then just a blower and I was told everything was stock when purchased.

a warped block is very rare...

I'm going to be picking the car up for a second opinion, because i can't believe the block is warped also.

Original ad states that it's in fair running condition.

Never states that the car was previously supercharged, which I consider a major modification, and would compromise the longevity of the car.

Says in another post on the same ad that the car is "stock".

Get a invoice or statement by a third party indicating that the car was not stock.

Talk to a lawyer, and see about taking this person to court even though your in another country.
