yo bro i feel your pain.my engine let go on new years eve.in the 8 months i have not had time to tear it a part .i did pull the valve cover off and found the front exhaust valve rocker was real loose.seeing your pics although from your phone look real good.they give me a idea what my engine will look like ,if i tear it apart.i thinking a SPOON engine for $6500 +shipping.im not a big fan of used motor. you have know idea how the motor was run???? food for thought.good luck bro.

j's racing japanese web page selling 2.0 arround $6K makes 265 HP , 2.2 arround $8K makes 300HP

aj raicng selling 2.2 for $10.300

my 2007 j's racing all parts catalog says either 2.0 , 2.2 is $4800

i m all confused right now , if its 4800 id get j's 2.2 engine

if you're an enthusiast like myself, look at it in a positive way. BUILD TIME!!! If you're gonna pay so much for a damn motor, u might as well buy a used one and build it up (it'll kinda be like new, esp if u bore it).
